Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or sales events, this may extend slightly.
Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Delays:
Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier backlogs, or supplier stock availability. These are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist.
Lost or Missing Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot replace or refund items shipped to the wrong address.
