If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 60 days of delivery at support@gopuregoods.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer error are not covered under this guarantee.

  • The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery.

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the policy terms or appear fraudulent.
