If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 60 days of delivery at support@gopuregoods.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer error are not covered under this guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery.
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the policy terms or appear fraudulent.
